Services > Assistance and Maintenance Contracts

We provide two types of intervention at the customer: Spot Assistance and Assistance Contract and / or Maintenance Contract.

1) The SPOT Assistance (without contract) can be On-Site (at the Customer premises) at the minimum of 1 hour of labor plus the fixed cost of the call; or On-Center (at our laboratory) at least 1 hour for intervention.
2) The Assistance Contract to cover roles such as Network Administrator or System Administrator (minimum one year).
3) The Maintenance Contract for your existing website, or post-sale contracts for maintenance of websites created by us.

This type of contract gives many benefits to the customer, that not pay the fixed cost of the call, access to free assistance in remote support and get discounts up to 15% on all our principal services and / or secondary service. Furthermore, it provides the priority of call in case of emergencies with discounts on our hourly rates.

Remote Support via internet?

Of course! The Remote Support allows our technician to connect and monitor the customer's computer through the broadband internet connection, via a secure software, downloadable from our site.
If for some reason (such as the low quality of customer's internet, or the customer's computer permanently compromised) the remote control system does not work, will require direct intervention on the machine.

The minimum cost (excluding any type of contract) is 1/2 hour of intervention.
The service is free with contracts for services and maintenance.

What is the price of this service?
