We consider only secondary services that are outside our service contracts, for which our other customers have subscribed to require more time and attention. This does not mean that they are not important.
Essentially they are all individual interventions that make a Network Administrator or System Administrator (sysadmin)within their normal work, and that we are included in a contract of service or maintenance.

We are talking for example:
- Installation and management software in open source for e-mail servers and web servers;
- Maintenance of Back Up;
- Installation and configuration of wireless networks;
- Check-Up complete with a LAN.
- Check Up computer;
- Cleanliness of the operating system;
- Remove viruses, spyware, trojans, malware;
- Recover deleted data from hard disk or data migration;
- Repackaging computer (replacement of hardware components for extended life expectancy of your computer);
- Courses for learning using computers.
