In parallel to the figure of Network Administrator, we are also able to fill the role of System Administrator (or sysadmin), with a maintenance contract for a minimum of one year.
Why a System Administrator?
A System Administrator is a technician who is responsible for the maintenance (but also the design and updating) of computer systems. The role of system administrator is to manage the smooth functioning of software so that it functions properly, or so the machines and the software can provide the service as it is designed by the programmer.

The main tasks of a System Administrator
are:
* Meet the needs of the direction of managed
(corporate, government entity, university, etc.).
* Monitor the structure and equipment of the
network in collaboration with the
Network Administrator;
* Install and configure new
hardware / software is client-side and on the server;
* Managing user accounts;
* Respond to user queries (help desk);
* Plan and monitor the correct execution of the backup;
* Apply patches and updates;
* Documenting the operations carried out;
* Place a remedy to the problems / faults
through troubleshooting techniques;
* Getting the best performance possible with
the hardware available.
A systems analyst must be able to manage and configure hardware and software that require diverse knowledge and experience varied. System activities on a server with any operating system will vary depending on the functions of the machine and the working environment.
Despite the generally broad knowledge and diverse that often must have a system administrator, his task is in fact unclear to many, and often considered of negligible importance. Usually you find the opposite when a production system goes down and someone has to do a return to work!
